TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER

Order No.  2013-T-00057             Effective Date   Oct. 23 & 24, 2013                                               
(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.)
In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the
following traffic regulations are issued:

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, West 22nd Street will be completely closed to traffic between Plasman and Diekema Avenues.  At that time a contractor will be replacing a sanitary sewer service and lateral in the 500 block of W. 22nd Street.  Road will be closed from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. for utility work. 

On Thursday, Oct. 24th the road will be closed for repairs by City crews from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Special Instructions:
If work requires road to be closed past the dates stated on this notice the Contractor MUST call to request a revised Traffic Control Order.
The Contractor (Broekhuis Plumbing) will setup and maintain all barricades, signs and warning devices as deemed necessary to assure public safety.  Contractor must follow guidelines for road closures or lane closures as set forth in the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices.
