1st Time Voters Voting by Absentee Ballot

To apply for an absentee ballot, all City of Holland registered voters under the age of 60 who have not voted in any previous election must:

1 - register in person with the City Clerk, County Clerk, or at a Secretary of State’s Office 30 days prior to the election in which they want to vote. OR

2 - pick up the absentee ballot application in person at the City Clerk's office. Voter must present a valid photo ID or sign an affadavit to obtain the absentee ballot.
